No Bake Chicken Parmesan |

Ingredients4 PERDUE® PERFECT PORTIONS® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Italian Style
Instructions1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken for about 3 minutes on each side. 2. Reduce the heat and add over half of spaghetti sauce and half of Italian seasoning and all the garlic. Stir seasoning into sauce and heat for about 2 minutes. 3. Put chicken back into the skillet and pour remaining sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and place mozzarella slices over each chicken breast. 4. Cover skillet with a lid and let simmer until all the cheese is melted. Serve over top of your choice of pasta. * What I like to do is cook my pasta according to the package and then I add a can of drained diced tomatoes and a jar of spaghetti sauce. I hope you enjoy!
