Ingredients
2 cups cooked, PERDUE® chicken meat, cut into strips 3/4 cup mayonnaise 3 tablespoons mango chutney 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder 1 tablespoon lime juice 4 10 inch flour tortillas 2 small avocados, sliced and tossed with lime juice 3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion Radish or alfalfa sprouts
Preparation Steps
- In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chutney, curry and lime juice for dressing.
- Warm tortillas following package directions. Spread dressing on tortillas.
- Add 2 cups cooked chicken meat, cut in strips and remaining ingredients. Fold in ends of tortillas and roll up.
