Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® Turkey Meatballs, Italian Style
1 can (16 ounces) extra large refrigerated biscuits
Ketchup and mustard for decorating (optional)

 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.  Remove dough from can and cut each biscuit in half to form 16 pieces. Reshape by hand to form 16 circles, place pieces several inches apart baking sheet and flatten.
  2. Place one meatball in center of each biscuit.
  3. Have children use their imagination to decorate UFO’s with ketchup and mustard, if desired. Bake for 15 –18 minutes or until golden brown.  Let stand 1 minute before serving.

Cool...This looks like a great idea to do with kids... My daugther is a finnicky eater and loves to have her friends over and sleepovers... We'll definitely try this for her next party or just part of our dinner ideas... Thanks for this great idea..

I think this would also be a fun thing to have for a football party. I have showed it to the people I work with and we are going to try them for the holidays. Great idea!!

My boys loved these! But I couldn't tell from the directions if you are supposed to cut the biscuits in half down the middle, or split them to make two flat pieces. Either way, it's a fun, easy recipe! One of my sons who doesn't like ketchup or mustard decorated the UFOs with peas.
