Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 1/3 cup pure maple syrup 1/4 cup country Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill or broiler.
- In small bowl, combine syrup, mustard, oil and garlic until well blended.
- Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally and basting with mustard sauce, 15 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F.
Note
Do not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
