Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Fresh Whole Cut-Up Chicken 1/2 cup maple syrup 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon ground dried sage Salt and ground pepper to taste 8 small new potatoes scrubbed (optional) 1 bag frozen baby carrots (16 ounces) 1 cup frozen pearl onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- In small bowl, combine maple syrup, mustard, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Add vegetables and baste with syrup mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, 40-50 minutes, or until meat thermometer inserted in thigh reaches 180°F and chicken is well glazed and cooked through. Baste frequently with syrup mixture.
