Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Honey Roasted, 6 oz. 8 cups mixed baby salad greens 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion 1/2 cup Asian-flavored salad dressing, such as Asian Ginger Dressing 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (alternate: 1/4 cup honey-roasted flavored sliced almonds)
Preparation Steps
- Lightly toss the salad greens, chicken, mandarin oranges, and red onion in a large bowl. Add the dressing; toss just until evenly coated.
- Serve on salad plates. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or almonds.

I have not tried this recipe yet. It look likes it has more fat calories than I would like to eat at one time. I try to stay within 4g of fat or less per meal and less than 200 Calories.
