Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Original Roasted, 6 oz.
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
6 slices pumpernickel bread

 

Preparation Steps
  1. In medium bowl, thoroughly combine coarsely chopped chicken, oranges, green onion, coarsely chopped pecans, mayonnaise and vinegar.
  2. Season, if desired, with salt and ground pepper and serve on pumpernickel bread.
  3. Enjoy !!
