Ingredients
2 packages PERDUE® Fresh Lean Ground Turkey (alternate: PERDUE® Fresh Ground Chicken) 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce, divided 2/3 cup finely chopped onion 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the mustard and 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce. Mix well. Shape into a loaf and place in shallow baking dish.
- Spread mustard over top of meatloaf and bake for 80 to 90 minutes, or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 165° F. During last 20 minutes of baking, baste meatloaf with remaining 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Allow to stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing.
