Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Fresh Chicken Wings 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic, crushed in garlic press 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat grill or broiler.
- Cut tips off wings and discard. Cut wings in half at joint.
- Grill or broil wings, turning occasionally, 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine oil, garlic, chili powder, oregano, cumin and salt until blended.
- Grill wings, basting with seasoning mixture, an additional 10 minutes or until cooked through. Note: Do not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
