Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® Fresh Chicken Wings
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed in garlic press
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt

 

Instructions
  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. Cut tips off wings and discard. Cut wings in half at joint.
  3. Grill or broil wings, turning occasionally, 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine oil, garlic, chili powder, oregano, cumin and salt until blended.
  5. Grill wings, basting with seasoning mixture, an additional 10 minutes or until cooked through. Note: Do not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
