Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
3 tablespoons raspberry wine vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger

 

Instructions
  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. In small bowl, combine lemonade concentrate, vinegar and ginger until blended.
  3. Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally and basting with lemon mixture, 30 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170ºF. Note: Do not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
