Ingredients
1 PERDUE® Lemon Pepper Seasoned Rotisserie Chicken 4 medium whole wheat rolls (alternate: semolina rolls) 1/4 cup honey mustard 1/2 pound deli counter coleslaw 4 lettuce leaves
Preparation Steps
- Remove drumsticks, wings and thighs from chicken; arrange on a platter. Slice breast meat.
- Slice rolls and generously spread each with honey mustard. Arrange breast meat and coleslaw on bottom halves of rolls. Top with lettuce leaves and cover with top halves of rolls.
- If desired, secure with toothpicks and cut into halves.
