Ingredients

1 PERDUE® Lemon Pepper Seasoned Rotisserie Chicken
4 medium whole wheat rolls (alternate: semolina rolls)
1/4 cup honey mustard
1/2 pound deli counter coleslaw
4 lettuce leaves

 

Preparation Steps
  1. Remove drumsticks, wings and thighs from chicken; arrange on a platter. Slice breast meat.
  2. Slice rolls and generously spread each with honey mustard. Arrange breast meat and coleslaw on bottom halves of rolls. Top with lettuce leaves and cover with top halves of rolls.
  3. If desired, secure with toothpicks and cut into halves.
