Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Southwestern Style, 6 oz. 4 (6-inch) sub rolls 3 tablespoons ranch dressing 2 tablespoons salsa 1 avocado, sliced 4 slices (1-ounce) jalapeno Jack cheese 1 cup lettuce
Preparation Steps
- Slice rolls lengthwise. Toast open-faced under the broiler for 1 minute, or in a toaster oven.
- Mix ranch dressing and salsa and spread on each roll and layer with avocado, chicken, cheese and lettuce.
- Close sandwiches and serve.
