Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh Filets 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons prepared honey mustard 2 tablespoons real bacon bits 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 green pepper, cut into large chunks 1 onion, cut into 8 wedges 8 small red new potatoes, quartered
Instructions
- In small bowl, combine olive oil, honey mustard, bacon bits and balsamic vinegar until blended.
- In large bowl, combine pepper, onion and potatoes. Add half of honey mustard mixture to vegetables; toss until coated.
- On each of 4 aluminum foil squares, place vegetables on thigh; brush with remaining honey mustard mixture. Double foil packets ends together, then double fold top together.
- Cook over medium direct heat on covered grill for about 20 minutes or until thighs reach 180° F on a meat thermometer and vegetables are tender.
