Italian Style Chicken Quesadilla |

Ingredients1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Grilled Italian Style, 6 oz.
InstructionsTake chicken and slice the strips into cubes. Place in a pan with about 9 oz of the salsa, cook for 4-5 minutes. Spray baking pan with non-stick spray. Place 1 tortilla inside the baking pan. Cover the tortilla with ½ of the chicken/salsa mixture. Place another tortilla on top of that. Place roughly 3 oz of salsa on top of that and spread evenly. Cover with ½ Mexican cheese. Heat over to 425 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with 1 oz of salsa and 2 tablespoons of sour cream on the side of each serving. Enjoy!
