Ingredients

1 PERDUE® Italian Style Rotisserie Chicken
2 packages assorted salad greens (10 oz. each)
4 Hard boiled eggs
2 cups tomato wedges
1/4 pound deli counter sliced cheeses
Assorted salad dressings

 

Preparation Steps
  1. Remove drumsticks, wings and thighs from chicken; arrange on a platter or in bowl.
  2. Slice breast meat.
  3. Arrange salad greens, breast meat, eggs, tomatoes and cheese on platter.
  4. Serve with dressings.
