Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Vidalia onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom slices
1 box chopped broccoli (frozen)
1 can chopped tomato
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
2 teaspoons seasoning (sazon, adobe, or any other seasoning)
Instructions
- Cook chicken breasts in a skillet for 15 min or untill juices run clear. Remove chicken from heat.
- In a large pot add all the other ingredients. Turn on medium heat and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Put chicken back in pot and allow time for reheating, about 5 mintes. Serve and enjoy!
Note
Feel free to add some water to the pot if you desire a more soup like consistency.
