Instant Chicken Vegetable Stew

Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Vidalia onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom slices
1 box chopped broccoli (frozen)
1 can chopped tomato
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
2 teaspoons seasoning (sazon, adobe, or any other seasoning)

 

Instructions
  1. Cook chicken breasts in a skillet for 15 min or until juices run clear. Remove chicken from heat.
  2. In a large pot add all the other ingredients, turn on medium heat and let simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Put chicken back in pot and allow time for reheating, about 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!. Feel free to add water to the pot if you desire a more soup like consistancy.
