Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Turkey Meatballs, Italian Style 1 1/2 cups prepared marinara sauce 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into strips 4 Hoagie Breads, split (alternate: Submarine rolls, split) 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation Steps
- Combine meatballs, marinara sauce and green pepper in medium saucepan. Simmer for 15-20 minutes; stirring occasionally.
- Spoon meatballs and sauce into each roll.
- Top meatballs with cheese and serve warm.
