Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Grilled, 9 oz. 2 bags prepared salad greens 1 cup canned Mandarin orange segments 1 cup fresh red raspberries 1/2 to 3/4 cup NEWMAN’S OWN® Lighten Up® Honey Mustard Salad Dressing Freshly cracked pepper, to taste
Preparation Steps
- Wash and spin or dry salad greens. Arrange on plates.
- Drain orange segments and arrange atop salads along with raspberries. Place sliced chicken on top of each salad.
- Drizzle salads with NEWMAN’S OWN® Lighten Up® Honey Mustard Dressing and finish with cracked pepper, to taste.
