Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Original Roasted, 6 oz. 1 box long grain & wild rice (6.2 ounces.) – fast cook recipe mix 1 apple, cored and chopped
Preparation Steps
- Prepare rice mix according to package directions, adding the apple from the beginning.
- When rice is just done, stir in chicken and heat through.
- Sprinkle, if desired, with chopped walnuts, pecans or almonds.
