Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Breaded Chicken Breast Cutlets, Original 4 slices Swiss cheese 1/2 cup sauerkraut 8 slices rye bread Deli Mustard
Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place cutlets on greased pan and bake for 9 minutes. Top each with one cheese slice and 2 tablespoons sauerkraut. Continue baking on low heat until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toast bread and spread with mustard.
- Assemble sandwiches and serve.
