Ingredients
4 PERDUE® Fresh Split Chicken Breasts, Skinless 1/3 cup lemon juice 3 tablespoons olive oil (alternate: or vegetable oil) 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill or broiler.
- In medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, oil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper until blended.
- Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally and basting with parsley mixture, 20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F.
Note
Do not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
