Ingredients

4 PERDUE® Fresh Split Chicken Breasts, Skinless
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil (alternate: or vegetable oil)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

 

Instructions
  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. In medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, oil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper until blended.
  3. Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally and basting with parsley mixture, 20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F.

 

Note

Do not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
