Ingredients
4 PERDUE® Fresh Split Chicken Breasts 3 ripe peaches, peeled and finely chopped 1/2 cup water Medium shallot, minced 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon white wine Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon minced jalapeño
Instructions
- For Peach BBQ sauce, put all ingredients except chicken in a large, non-stick saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until mixture is slightly thickened, stirring frequently. When thickened, pour into food processor and blend until smooth.
- Heat grill to high and prepare to cook over indirect heat.
- Put chicken breasts on grill over indirect heat, and brush generously with peach BBQ sauce.
- Grill about an hour or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reaches 170°F.
