Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh Filets 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 cups fresh or frozen green beans 1 cup canned artichoke hearts packed in water, drained 1 cup frozen pearl onions, thawed 1 clove garlic, minced 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel 1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth 1/2 cup white wine Salt and ground pepper to taste 2 cups hot, cooked orzo or other small pasta
Instructions
- In large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, heat oil. Add thighs and cook 8 to 10 minutes until browned on both sides, turning once. Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to medium low.
- Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender crisp. Serve over orzo.
