Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Turkey Breasts, Thin-Sliced (alternate: PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Thin-Sliced) 4 12-inch x 18-inch pieces heavy-duty aluminum foil Salt and ground pepper to taste 4 cups thinly sliced or matchstick cut vegetables such as mushrooms, onions, peppers, zucchini and/or yellow squash 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 tablespoons white wine
Instructions
- Preheat grill. Evenly divide and arrange cutlets in center of each piece of foil then season with salt and pepper.
- In large bowl, combine vegetables, ginger and oil and toss until evenly coated.
- Evenly spoon vegetables over cutlets then sprinkle each packet with 1 tablespoon wine.
- Bring up 2 sides of each piece of foil and double fold with 1-inch wide folds. Double fold each end to form pouches.
- Grill 10 minutes or until cutlets are cooked through and vegetables are tender.
