Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 package chicken flavor rice mix (6.9 oz.) 1 cup frozen or canned peas, drained 1/2 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken breasts with paprika; set aside.
- Prepare rice mix as package directs, adding chicken with water and special seasonings. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 15 minutes.
- Stir in peas and bell pepper. Cover; simmer 5 minutes more or until liquid is absorbed and chicken is no longer pink inside.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
