Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Grilled, 9 oz.
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon dried dill
8 slices bread, toasted, if desired

 

Preparation Steps
  1. In bowl, combine chicken, onion, mayonnaise and dill.
  2. Cover bread slices with chicken salad.
  3. Garnish with lettuce.
