Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Baked Breaded Chicken Breast Tenderloins 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard 1/4 cup dry white wine 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix together the mustard, wine, Tabasco sauce, basil and salt. Place the tenders in a shallow baking dish.
- Pour the mustard mixture over the tenders, then turn the tenders to coat both sides with the mixture. Bake tenders in the oven for 9-11 minutes.
- Serve hot with side salad of your choice.

My entire family really enjoyed this recipe, and the is something different arpound our house. I found it to be very easy to make. It is in my regular recipe file now.

i tried this recipe, but i breaded the chicken not realizing that you needed the pre-breaded tenders. it was ok, but i have a feeling that it would have tasted better using the packaged tenders.

This recipe is WONDERFUL!! Just the right amount of kick!! These would be great to cut up and serve as an appetizer too!! Very easy and fast!
