Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Fresh Chicken Drumsticks 2 small lemons 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 teaspoon hot paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne 4 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Place drumsticks in a large re-sealable plastic bag with lemon juice and hot sauce. Turn bag to coat chicken with seasonings. Marinate refrigerated for at least 1/2 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine bread crumbs with paprika and cayenne. Brush drumsticks with butter and roll in bread crumbs.
- Place drumsticks in an 8X8 inch baking pan and drizzle with remaining butter. Bake, uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes until thermometer inserted in thickest part of drumstick registers 180°F chicken. Turn drumsticks once during cooking.
