Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Fresh Split Chicken Breasts 1 1/2 cup butter, softened 1/4 cup drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill or broiler.
- Mediterranean Butter: Combine butter, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, oregano and pepper.
- Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally and basting with Mediterranean butter, 30 minutes or until thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F.
Note
Do not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
