Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Grilled Italian Style, 6 oz. 1 package (12 oz.) angel hair pasta 1/4 cup olive oil 2 cloves large garlic 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, chopped 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper, optional
Preparation Steps
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Meanwhile, in medium saucepan over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic; cook 2 minutes or until garlic is golden, stirring frequently. Stir in roasted red peppers, chicken, parsley and crushed red pepper. Cook 2 minutes or until chicken is hot, stirring frequently.
- Serve over pasta.

I just love this recipe and so does the family. Top with shredded parm serve with some green beans or asparagus and a hearty bread! Tastes great as leftovers (that's if you have any left.)

This is delicious. It looks and taste gourmet but it is so simple. This is a great dish to serve to guest. They will love it.

This is an easy, delicious dish that takes little preparation and uses minimal ingredients and turns out wonderful! I usually double the recipe as my family can't get enough of this dish.
