Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Original Roasted, 9 oz. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 package (16 ounces) broccoli-slaw or regular slaw mix 1/4 cup bottled stir-fry sauce 1 tomato, chopped 1/4 cup chopped scallions
Preparation Steps
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook broccoli-slaw, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes until crisp and tender.
- Add stir-fry sauce, tomato, chicken and scallions.
- Cover and continue cooking over medium heat 3 minutes or until heated through.
