Ingredients
4 PERDUE® Breaded Chicken Breast Cutlets, Original 8 slices whole wheat or white bread 2 tablespoons German or Dijon style coarse-grain mustard 4 slices Swiss cheese 4 slices honey-baked ham 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Preparation Steps
- Spread bread slices on one side with mustard. On each of 4 bread slices, layer chicken, cheese, and ham; top with remaining bread slices. Spread mayonnaise on outside of sandwiches.
- Heat large, nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Cook sandwiches 2 to 3 minutes on each side until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
