Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Grilled Italian Style, 9 oz. 4 Pita pocket breads (6 inches) 1/2 cup favorite prepared pizza sauce (alternate: spaghetti sauce) 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
Preparation Steps
- Arrange pita breads on cookie sheet.
- Spread each with 2 tablespoons pizza sauce; top with chicken and sprinkle with cheese.
- Place in preheated broiler 3 inches from heat source for 2 minutes, or until hot and cheese is golden and melted.
