Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Grilled Italian Style, 6 oz.
8 ounces egg noodles
1 can seasoned diced tomatoes (14-1/2 ounces)
2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 cup sour cream

 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine chicken, tomatoes and paprika and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over hot noodles.

My family enjoyed this recipe and it was very easy to make. I used plain yogurt instead of sour cream.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I used non-fat sour cream, and the sauce was a bit more watery than I expected, but even without adding any extra spices, the taste was really nice! I recommend this recipe.
