Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Honey Roasted, 6 oz. (alternate: PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Original Roasted) 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 5 tablespoons apricot preserves or chutney 2 packages (1.9 ounces each) mini fillo shells (15 shells per package)*
Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Chop chicken into 1/2 inch pieces.
- Place a scant teaspoon of cream cheese into each shell. Top with 1 tablespoon chicken and 1/2 teaspoon apricot preserves per shell.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.
Note
*Mini fillo shells are available in the grocery store freezer section.
