Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Baked Breaded Chicken Breast Tenderloins 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon finely chopped oil packed sun dried tomatoes, drained 1 teaspoon fresh chopped basil 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 6 mini-croissants (about 1 ounce each), sliced in half lengthwise 6 lettuce leaves 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
Preparation Steps
- Heat chicken according to package directions. Mix togethermayonnaise, sun dried tomatoes, basil and pepper in a small bowl.
- Spread insides of each croissant with tomato mayonnaise. Place lettuce on croissant bottoms. Top each with 1 chicken tenderloin and avocado slices.
- Place croissant tops over avocado.
