Ingredients

4 ounces PERDUE® Oven Roasted Rotisserie Chicken
4 ounces PERDUE® DELI PICK-UPS® Sliced Honey Smoked Turkey Ham
1/2 cup prepared Catalina-style dressing, divided
1 package prewashed fresh mixed salad greens (10 ounces)
4 ounces sliced Swiss cheese, cut into strips
2 ripe tomatoes, cut wedges

 

Instructions
  1. Combine chicken with 1/4 cup dressing.
  2. Place greens on four chilled dinner plates.
  3. Arrange chicken slices, ham (cut into strips) and cheese over greens. Garnish with tomato wedges.
  4. Drizzle with remaining dressing and serve, if desired, with hot, crusty sourdough rolls.
