Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 3 tablespoons olive oil (alternate: vegetable oil) 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat grill or broiler.
- In small bowl, combine oil, garlic, chili powder, thyme, onion powder and salt until blended.
- Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally and brushing with seasoning mixture, 15 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F.
Note
Do not brush during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
