Brown Rice, Chicken and Vegetables |

Ingredients1 1/2 cups PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Original Roasted, 6 oz.
InstructionsPrepare rice as directed on package but add the mushrooms along with the other ingredients. Cook for 24 minutes. Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces. Cook peas and corn together for the required time on the package (8-10 minutes) When the vegetables are cooked, before you strain the water add the chicken that you have cut up. After mixing the chicken in the water for 1 minute, drain and when the rice is done add the veggies and chicken to the top of the rice mixture, let it sit for 15 minutes covered, then mix, serve, and eat.
