Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Grilled Italian Style, 9 oz. 4 pieces of baguette, sliced (5-inch) (alternate: other crusty rolls) 8 tablespoons goat cheese (alternate: feta or blue cheese) 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, sliced (6 ounce) 1/2 cup roasted red pepper slices 1/4 cup sliced olives 1 cup fresh spinach, washed and dried
Preparation Steps
- Spread each side of the bread with 1 tablespoon of cheese.
- On one side of each sandwich, divide artichoke hearts, red peppers, chicken strips, olives and spinach.
- Place tops onto sandwiches and secure with toothpicks, if necessary. Slice in half, serve.
