Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Seasoned Salt and ground pepper to taste 1/2 cup honey mustard BBQ sauce 1 12-inch prepared pizza crust 1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese (fancy style)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high. Season breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook over direct heat, about 7 minutes, turning once. Breast is done when a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest breast reaches 170°F.
- Remove from grill and cut into strips. Spread BBQ sauce over crust. Top with chicken strips, cilantro and cheese. Return to grill and heat over low heat 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and pizza is hot.
