Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Fresh Chicken Wings 1/2 cup your favorite barbecue sauce 3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat grill or broiler. Cut tips off wings and discard. Cut wings in half at joint.
- Grill or broil wings, turning occasionally, 15 minutes.
- Grill wings, brushing with barbecue sauce, an additional 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove wings from grill. Place large piece of foil or shallow baking pan over grill and arrange wings close together in one layer. Sprinkle cheese over wings. Grill 1-1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Note
Do not brush during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
