Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Honey Roasted, 6 oz.
2 bagels (any flavor), each cut in half and toasted, if desired
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
4 thin slices red onion
4 slices cheddar cheese

 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat broiler. Place bagel halves on baking sheet.
  2. Evenly spread bagel halves with mustard, then top each with sliced tomato, onion, chicken and cheese.
  3. Broil until cheese is melted.
