Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar 1/3 cup soy sauce 3 teaspoons honey 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic 2 small scallions, thinly sliced 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Put all marinade ingredients in a large zip-locking plastic bag; shake to blend well.
- Add chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 to 50 minutes.
- Place on lightly oiled grill and cook over medium direct heat, turning occasionally.
- Cook until juices run clear and a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat reaches 170°F, about 15 to 20 minutes.
