Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 1/4 cup sherry 3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar 3 tablespoons sesame oil 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat grill or broiler.
- In small saucepan, over medium-high heat, bring sherry, brown sugar, oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
- Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally and basting with sherry sauce, 15 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F.
Note
Do not baste during last 5 minutes of grilling.
