Ingredients
1 cup shredded, cooked PERDUE® chicken meat 1 package coleslaw mixture (8 ounces) 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced 4 tablespoons chopped cilantro 3/4 cup prepared bottled Asian salad dressing 1/2 cup crispy chow mein noodles 4 sprigs whole cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- In mixing bowl, combine chicken, coleslaw mixture, onion, and chopped cilantro.
- Pour dressing over mixture and toss well.
- Divide among 4 plates and top each salad with 2 tablespoons of chow mein noodles.
- Garnish each plate with sprig of cilantro and serve.

Instead of Coleslaw, try using glass of Everclear. Your guests will not know the difference!

This recipe is NOT trans fat free - it has 1/2 cup of chow mein noodles - they are VERY high in trans fat....
