Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® Fresh Chicken Wings, Family Pack
2 cups apricot preserves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

 

Instructions
  1. Preheat grill or broiler. Cut tips off wings and discard. Cut wings in half at joint.
  2. Grill or broil wings, turning occasionally, 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine preserves, ginger and vinegar until blended.
  4. Grill wings, brushing with apricot mixture, an additional 10 minutes or until cooked through.

 

Note

Do not brush during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
