Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Fresh Chicken Wings, Family Pack 2 cups apricot preserves 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat grill or broiler. Cut tips off wings and discard. Cut wings in half at joint.
- Grill or broil wings, turning occasionally, 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine preserves, ginger and vinegar until blended.
- Grill wings, brushing with apricot mixture, an additional 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Note
Do not brush during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
