I had originally cooked it for my girlfriend and myself to try and found that it not only was VERY simple but it was a great tasting meal as well. The gravy was very good, very very smooth. I am however going to add just a bit more apple into the gravy to give it just a bit more of that apple taste. We loved it so much that I'm going to make it for a little family get together...
