Cooking And Prep
OVEN: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove roast from plastic wrapping. 2. Place roast on foil-lined baking sheet. Cook for approximately 40-50 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 170°F. 3. Allow roast to rest for 5 minutes before serving. If cooking two roasts at the same time, add 5-10 minutes. GRILL: 1. Spray grill with cooking spray. Preheat grill on medium-high (500°to 600°F). Remove roast from plastic wrapping. 2. Grill roast, cooking for approximately 35-40 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 170°F. Turn roast once, halfway through the grilling process. 3. Allow roast to rest 5 minutes before serving.
